For both clients, we take on the entire project for multiple cities. Having in-house architecture and construction management teams within our studios allows us to control and execute plan sets for city approvals, as well as all shop drawings and documents needed for our general contracting partners to work off of. We utilize our full shop to execute all interior finishes, fixtures, back of house elements and interior and exterior signage packages. Our project management team is involved from the early design phases all the way through to installation, managing all logistics, sub-contractors and in-house fabrication teams. Our team then travels to these sites and for a couple weeks to manage all aspects of the project and make sure players involved are aligned with the client’s aesthetics, culture, timelines and milestones.
